je me suis recemmentt offert du matos
carte mere asus p4c800 e deluxe et un pross intel 3.2EGhz HT (v. prescott)
sur toutes les docs que j ai trouvé ils me disent que tout est bon (niveau compatibilité),
mais voila rien ne marche
j ai meme flasher le bios pour le mettre a jour (nikel aucun pb)
donc si qq peut dire ce ke j aurais pu oublier.

ma carte mere accepte les pross avec un cache L2 de 512k maxi, or le mien a 1mo, se pourrait il que se soit ça?

Donc si tu dis que tu as bien le dernier bios ça ne doit pas etre ça.Motherboard : P4C800-E Deluxe CPU : P4-3.20E GHz (800 FSB, L2 cache:1MB, HT, 90nm) Since BIOS : 1017

Regardes dans le systeme windows si il te le reconnais a 1MB ou a 512k
